LESSONS

Piano lessons are offered through our Music Academy in our Carlsborg store. We also offer lessons in organ, guitar, bass, percussion instruments, and beginning mandolin and banjo. We have a wide selection of qualified teachers who are able to meet every student's needs. Recitals are usually offered at least once a year. All levels and ages of students are accepted for lessons, including adults. Lessons are a half hour in length, once a week and cost $14.00 per lesson. NEW CLASS - Fake It Till You Make It
Teacher LeRoy Davidson will be offering this class in both private and group lessons. The beginning class requires absolutely no experience and uses a variety Easy Play Fake music books. Intermediate and advanced classes will be available for those who already play, but would like to be able to use Fake Books. This class features "Big Band and Beyond" standards and light jazz with easy tips on tricks of the pros, simplified chords, improvisation, and stylings.

Meet Our Teachers!

Jeremy Cays has played piano since age five. He has been composing his own songs since he was 14, and has written and performed for 3 CD's of his original music. He teaches beginner to advanced piano and beginning percussion.

Bill Berry has played guitar for over 40 years and performed with the group "Up With People". He teaches all levels and types of guitar playing including classical, acoustic, electric, and bass.

LeRoy Davidson has been teaching music since 1968 and has been a professional musician for over 40 years. He has a Master's Certificate in the Mildred Alexander Method of Complete Organ Mastery. He teaches all levels of organ. He also teaches beginning and intermediate levels of piano and can teach improvisation. He will also be offering private and group "Fake It Till You Make It" classes for adult students.
